We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders over 75$ before taxes.
*For orders under 75$ we charge a 9.99$ to 15.89$ shipping charge depending on the items volume and weight.
*The final shipping charge will show at the checkout section before you pay.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a refund within 30 days . Product must be returned with the original packaging intact with the tags included or attached. You can bring your product to our store or ship it back to us.

We will provide you with a return label and a confirmation number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your item was never picked up and returned to us, it will be treated in the same way as a standard return.

Damage caused by airlines during flight is not covered by luggage warranties.
You will need to file a claim to your airline as soon as possible to report damage
please note that it's easier to file the claim in person.
Airlines are responsible for repairing or reimbursing a passenger for damaged baggage and/or its contents when the damage occurs while the bag is under the airline’s control.
Damage to luggage components including wheels, handles, straps and other glaring problems, such as holes or a cracked hardcase bag, are covered under most airlines damage policy.
Because of high shipping costs we are currently only Shipping within Canada.
