Collection: Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 30 days of arrival. The products must be returned with the original packaging intact with the tags included or attached.
For In-store purchases: (7 days full refund, 30 days exchange)
For online orders:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund (maximum of 30$). If your item was never picked up and returned to us, it will be treated in the same way as a standard return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If the item, you received is not what you purchased:
We will refund you once the item has been shipped back to us in its original condition. We will provide you with a confirmation number and a return label to ship the item back to us at our expense. The request must be done within 30 days of arrival
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once you receive your item, you have 48 hours to inspect and notify us of any defects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us a return request to email@example.com

You can also use your own carrier if you prefer. If you ship the item back to us with your own carrier please include a sheet of paper inside the package with your full name and order number. Please make sure you provide us the tracking number by email.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 3-5 business days).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
