Collection: Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Over 75$: Free Standard Shipping ( 2-7 Business days)
For orders under 75$: We charge 10$ for Standard shipping.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Customers living in the Yukon, northwest territories, Nunavut and Newfoundland-Labrador must contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.
Free local delivery:
Free local delivery is available for orders over $60 within 10Km. We will contact you via text message or Call you with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 6680 Papineau Avenue, Montreal, H2G 2X2. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are:
- Monday 10am-6pm
- Tuesday 10am–6pm
- Wednesday 10am–6pm
- Thursday 10am–8pm
- Friday 10am–8pm
- Saturday Closed
- Sunday Closed
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a refund within 30 days . Product must be returned with the original packaging intact with the tags included or attached.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (maximum of 30$). If your item was never picked up and returned to us, it will be treated in the same way as a standard return.

- The item you received arrived damaged
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you wish to avoid paying return shipping you can come into our Montreal store and return your items for a full refund within 30 days. Please bring with your original order confirmation email.
